Dear Valued Patients of Fountain Lake Family Dental
We hope you and your family are staying healthy! Fountain Lake Family Dental has always had high standards for maintaining infection control. Our safety procedures are intended to keep you safe and comfortable.
We want to inform you about the steps we are taking to keep our patients and team safe. Our office follows infection control guidelines made by the American Dental Association (ADA), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). We monitor these sources so we stay current with their guidelines.
Here is what to expect at your future appointment:
SCHEDULING - Our office will contact you before your appointment with some screening questions. You’ll be asked those same questions again when you arrive for your appointment. Appointments are set up to accommodate social distancing between patients. We are working to reschedule all of our patients that had appointments during the closure.
When you arrive :
FACE MASK - Please wear a face mask to your appointment. If you do not have one, we can provide you with one.
HAND SANITIZER - We will ask you to use the provided hand sanitizer when you enter our office.
TEMPERATURE READING - When you enter our office, your temperature will be taken. You will be asked to reschedule your appointment if it is high, unless the elevated temperature is caused by an oral infection.
APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION - If you are unable to make it to your scheduled appointment, we ask that you let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
Thank you for your continued support and patience!
Dr. Seth and FLFD Team
